Shift: Night Shift (Mon–Fri)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Content Writer

  Create engaging, original, and SEO-friendly content.

  Write website content, blogs, social media copy, and other digital content.

  Research topics and stay updated with content trends.

  Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.

• Video Content Creator

  Create engaging short-form videos for social media platforms.

  Develop creative video concepts based on current trends.

  Shoot and edit high-quality videos.

  Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and other creative elements.

  Create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

  Stay updated with viral trends and social media formats.

Job Specification

Content Writer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong English writing and communication skills.
• Good research and proofreading skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Previous content writing experience is preferred.

Video Content Creator Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Mass Communication, Film/TV, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in video creation and editing.
• Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Creative mindset and strong visual storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of social media trends.
• Portfolio or previous work samples preferred.
