Job summary

Architects World in Lahore is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate on-site activities, monitor construction progress, and ensure quality execution in line with approved drawings and project requirements.

You will supervise daily site operations, review work against drawings and schedules, track progress, coordinate with contractors and labor, and maintain site records with attention to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on site supervision experience in construction, architecture, building works, or related projects.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, finishing work, measurements, and quality checks.
• Strong coordination skills for contractors, subcontractors, labor, suppliers, and project representatives.
• Ability to monitor schedules, identify site delays, and provide accurate progress updates.
• Familiarity with workplace safety procedures, site inspections, and basic compliance requirements.
• Competence in maintaining site reports, checklists, material records, and photographic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and site labor.
• Review work against approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and instructions from the project team.
• Monitor workmanship, materials, measurements, site organization, and compliance with safety practices.
• Track progress, identify delays or technical concerns, and report site updates to management and design professionals.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and access to work areas.
• Maintain site records, inspection notes, progress updates, and documentation of completed work.
• Assist with resolving execution issues and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
