Smart Building Material in Islamabad/Rawalpindi is hiring an experienced Door-to-Door / Field Sales Executive to drive construction materials sales. The role combines daily field visits with direct product pitches on-site.

The position offers PKR 50,000 per month fixed salary plus sales commission, with strong earning potential for motivated professionals. Applicants should have field sales experience and own a motorcycle for site visits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in field sales (construction materials, cement, or B2B)
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driving license
• Strong communication and field negotiation skills
• Background in FA, FSc or Graduates in Psychology, Communication, Marketing, Media, Business, or related fields encouraged

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to active construction sites, contractors, and material shops
• Pitch products, close orders, and manage sales collection
