Job summary

Want More, a technology company based in Gujrat, Pakistan, is seeking a Computer Support Specialist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The role involves providing in-person and remote technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software, and maintaining computer systems.

You will install and configure systems, resolve connectivity issues, train new staff, and keep detailed records in our ticketing system.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer support.
Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking and operating systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot end-user issues.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to computer users in person and remotely.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers.
Install, configure and maintain computer systems.
Identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
Ensure timely resolution of technical problems and document actions in the ticketing system.
Train new employees on how to use computer systems and applications.
Stay updated on new technologies and recommend improvements.
