Our client is hiring a Compliance Analyst (Entry-Level, Remote Pakistan - Based). The ideal candidate is a graduate of IBA or LUMS, eager to learn and start a career in AML/CFT compliance. This role offers in-depth training, client exposure across the MENA region, and an opportunity to work on policy development, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing AML/CFT policies based on jurisdictional regulations
  • Participate in compliance training development and delivery
  • Support compliance risk assessments and help identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with clients to implement and maintain effective compliance systems
  • Stay informed on evolving AML/CFT laws and market-specific regulations
  • Prepare compliance reports and documentation
  • Provide ongoing support for client AML processes and sanctions screening
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from IBA or LUMS
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
