Job summary

Human Appeal in Pakistan is seeking a field-focused professional to facilitate community mobilization and village organization activation in line with project criteria. The role involves coordinating with partner communities, local line departments, and volunteers to drive project objectives and ensure active beneficiary participation.

You will work under supervision of the District Programme Officer, engage in field monitoring, and contribute to reporting requirements while upholding

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or any relevant field.
• Experience 2-3 years in social mobilization with NGO/INGO is required.
• Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are essential.
• Good understanding of child rights, protection and safeguarding.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of gender issues and PSEA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select communities according to project criteria and form/activate village organizations.
• Provide support for orphan children identification, registration and reporting.
• Conduct meetings with community influentials and sensitize the population on development issues.
• Facilitate baseline and endline assessments and engage local volunteers.
• Implement project activities to meet identified needs and strengthen community capacity.
• Capture photographs and report using specified formats; support in drafting reports.
