1. Website: Collaborate with OPPO HQ to build and operate the local website. Review website content and product specifications, and report findings to OPPO HQ. Launch new product websites in coordination with HQ.
2. Forum Management:
- Develop best practices for growth and manage day-to-day forum activities.
- Create engaging content and foster a culture of quality contributions.
- Organize forum activities and promote them to increase traffic.
- Maintain an open and friendly discussion environment and active membership.
- Conduct web analytics, report metrics, and provide insights regularly to OPPO HQ.
3. Social Media:
- Identify best practices across social media channels to foster growth.
- Plan and execute promotional activities on OPPO’s social media and other platforms.
- Manage daily social media operations and engage proactively with online communities.
- Report metrics and insights regularly to OPPO HQ.
- Develop newsletters, contests, and promotional strategies to increase audience engagement.
- Localize and post content provided by OPPO HQ.
4. Online Campaigns:
- Coordinate with OPPO headquarters to design global campaigns.
- Launch and monitor campaigns in local markets as per HQ requests.
- Prepare campaign reports for HQ.
- Organize local online campaigns tailored to local culture and customer habits.
5. Media Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with bloggers in IT, fashion, and photography sectors.
- Manage blogger collaborations for product reviews, campaigns, and PR activities.
- Write product reviews or guidelines as needed.
6. Other Responsibilities:
- Translate English materials into Urdu, including reviews and PR articles.
- Utilize Photoshop to create social media posts or collaborate with designers if Photoshop skills are lacking.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in media, business, marketing, journalism, or related fields.
- Languages: Native speaker with fluency in Mandarin or English.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in digital marketing.
- Communication: Excellent cross-cultural and cross-departmental communication skills.
- Personality: Team-player, driven, self-motivated, and analytical.
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of smartphone components and Android industry interests.
- Skills: Excellent English and Urdu writing skills; Photoshop skills are a plus, or willingness to collaborate with designers.
