Overview

Job Brief:

Employment Type: Contract Based
Location: Remote, Full Time
Time Zone: CET (04 Hours Overlap)
Project Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities

• Support Clients in the administration of container orchestration platforms based on Kubernetes deploying new platforms, performing upgrades, troubleshooting issues, etc.
• Develop and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, tostreamline software delivery.
• Analyze, identify, and implement automation and optimization opportunities to enhance systemperformance, reliability, and cost efficiency, leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Ansible, Puppet and other automation technologies.
• Implement security best practices for cloud and containerized environments, including guardrails, role-based access controls (RBAC), and vulnerability scanning.
• Draft technical documentation on cloud platform services, related procedures, and operations.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging cloud trends, and new technologies, assessing their potential for adoption or integration.

Qualifications

• Experienced in working with container technologies (Docker or other runtimes) and proficient in deploying, managing, and maintaining container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cloud-Based container solutions (IaaS & PaaS) in public or private cloud providers.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with application modernization approach including containerization, APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience on Infrastructure as Code, scripting and automation (Terraform, PowerShell scripting, Bash, Go, Ansible, etc.).
• Previous exposure to service management methodologies (ITIL).
