Clinical Research Associate / Business Coordinator

We are looking for a Clinical Research Associate / Business Coordinator to become part of our Clinical Operations team in Karachi. The individual will be responsible for managing, implementing, and monitoring clinical studies, with support, in a team setting according to KR SOPs, and all applicable rules and regulations. The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

1. Identify/select an investigator who will be responsible for conducting the trial at the trial site.
2. Point of contact for clinical site questions relating to study protocol, FQs, start-up, budget, contract, and similar documents.
3. Effectively build long-term relationships with existing sites in our clinical network and perform initial vetting on new sites joining our network.
4. Provide quality oversight to our Site management operations (SMO).
5. Point of contact for all pharma and biotech communications and represent KR as the Study lead.
6. Responsible for working directly with US-based clinical sites on multiple studies and providing support with the overall study placement and startup process.
7. Work under the close guidance of Clinical team lead and support Clinical Research Coordinators at KR owned and affiliated sites.
8. Engage with clinical divisions of major pharmaceutical companies and build long-term relationships.
9. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities of increasing scope and complexity.
10. Fluent in written and spoken English, with good communication skills.
11. Proven ability to write effective emails and other forms of written communication.
12. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
13. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
14. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
15. Knowledge or experience in the clinical research industry is preferred but not mandatory.
16. Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred.
