Job Description

• Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, and clinical demonstrations as assigned by the College.
• Assist faculty members in delivering academic and clinical teaching activities.
• Demonstrate relevant podiatric procedures, techniques, instruments, and clinical practices to students.
• Supervise students during practical, laboratory, and clinical sessions to ensure proper application of theoretical knowledge.
• Guide students in developing appropriate clinical skills, professional conduct, and patient-care practices.
• Assist in preparing teaching materials, presentations, practical demonstrations, and other academic resources.
• Support faculty members in preparing and conducting quizzes, assignments, practical assessments, and examinations.
• Evaluate student performance during practical and clinical activities and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain appropriate records of student attendance, participation, assessments, and clinical activities as required.
• Ensure that students follow applicable safety, infection-control, hygiene, and professional practice standards during practical and clinical sessions.
• Assist in the preparation, maintenance, and appropriate use of clinical/laboratory equipment, instruments, and teaching resources.
• Support the College in organizing academic, clinical, workshops, seminars, and other educational activities.
• Assist students with academic and clinical queries within the scope of assigned responsibilities and refer complex matters to the concerned faculty member.
• Coordinate with faculty members and relevant College staff regarding the scheduling and smooth execution of practical and clinical sessions.
• Participate in departmental/College meetings and academic activities as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching and clinical learning activities.
• Undertake research, academic, or other scholarly activities as assigned or encouraged by the College.
• Perform any other academic, clinical, administrative, or related duties assigned by the College from time to time.
