Job summary

A healthcare technology company in Islamabad is seeking a Clinical Data Scientist to transform complex clinical data into actionable insights. You will design AI/ML models and scale data pipelines while ensuring regulatory compliance. This role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field and experience with Python for statistical modeling. Qualifications

• Proven experience using Python for statistical modeling, machine learning, and clinical data manipulation.

• Hands-on experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM) within pharma or biotech is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM) or real-world evidence in pharma/biotech/CRO environments is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with scientific rigor.

Your responsibilities include designing and implementing robust AI/ML models and scalable data pipelines, ensuring scientific rigor and regulatory awareness in all analyses. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to build algorithms that are both clinically sound and user‑centric, while staying at the forefront of advances in clinical data science, machine learning, and regulatory science to continuously enhance platform precision and impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field
• Proven experience using Python for statistical modeling, machine learning, and clinical data manipulation
• Strong operational understanding of the clinical trial data lifecycle, treatment guidelines, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA)
• Hands‑on experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM), clinical research, or real‑world evidence within pharma, biotech, or CRO environments is a strong plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and scientific rigor
• A proactive learner with a passion for translating complex clinical data into clear, actionable insights
