This pivotal role involves generating leads and scheduling consultations with Dubai-based property owners while managing outbound communications effectively. NestHive is a premium Dubai-based real estate agency offering full-spectrum services: off-plan sales, resale advisory, property renovations, leasing solutions, and technical snagging. We’re hiring a highly adaptable, service-focused Client Solutions Associate to engage Dubai-based property owners using our proprietary data set.
This role will be pivotal in generating leads, scheduling consultations, and positioning our services (from resale to renovation) through structured conversations. You will manage outbound calls, qualify leads, maintain CRM accuracy, and serve as the first point of contact between property owners and our Dubai sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Telesales
Call Dubai-based property owners from NestHive’s internal database.
Qualify owners based on their current property status: rented, vacant, selling, or renovating.
Present NestHive’s services tactfully, focusing on client needs (not just promotions).
Introduce off-plan investment options, resale support, or technical services depending on the owner profile
Job Specification:Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong spoken English with neutral accent
1–3 years experience in telesales, BPO, or real estate (preferred)
Confidence in objection handling and adaptive communication
Fast learner, self-organized, and detail-oriented
Professional tone and maturity in handling UAE clientele
