Job summary

Prime System Solutions seeks a Project Coordinator to set up IT infrastructure projects, assign engineers, and manage hardware orders. You will be the first point of contact after the sale and coordinate workstation deployments end-to-end with the client.

Role requires adaptability, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills as projects run across a regional portfolio, ensuring SLA compliance and smooth handovers to Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Ability to adapt to frequent process changes occurring roughly every 3 months.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers, engineers, procurement, and warehouse teams.
• Experience coordinating with external customers and managing hardware procurement.

Responsibilities

• Set up 10–12 projects weekly and confirm start within 5 working days.
• Create project in ConnectWise; import scope, review quotes, break work into phases.
• Assign engineers based on availability and expertise to each project.
• Order hardware and track delivery with procurement; estimate start date after ETA.
• Handover to Project Manager about 4 weeks before start; manage issues and SLA.
