Job summary

Integriti in Lahore is seeking a capable Business Analyst for a full-time role dedicated to a client account. You will gather and analyze requirements from the client and translate them into clear specifications for the development team.

You will document processes, collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers, and adapt to rotating projects as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years' experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong communication skills with clients.
• Experience writing BRD, FRS, and user stories.
• Familiar with Confluence, Trello, or JIRA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with client to understand business needs and goals.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories and specs.
• Manage requirements and workflows using Confluence.
• Create and track tasks with Trello/JIRA.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and PMs throughout the project.
• Perform gap analyses between current and desired outcomes.
• Support UAT and ensure delivered solutions meet needs.
• Adapt to single project or rotate across projects as needed.
