Contour Software Pvt Ltd in Lahore is seeking an Assistant Accountant for the PPI team. The role covers bank reconciliations, invoicing, monthly revenue analysis, and month-end close activities within a dynamic finance environment.

We expect 2+ years of accounting experience, a finance degree, and ACCA/ICAP progress. Strong English, MS Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. Attractive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven accounting experience.
• Finalist or part-qualified professional qualification (ACCA / ICAP or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in English communication skills and in MS Office (primarily MS Excel).
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Maintain a continuous improvement mindset and proactively identify, review, and implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Bank and account reconciliation preparation and adjustments, analytical review and variance analysis.
• Post invoice batches within the sales module and ensure invoices are deferred correctly.
• Coordinate and prepare customer and supplier invoices and reconcile monthly activity.
• Assist with preparation of revenue analysis reports monthly.
• Coordinate and manage support relating to customer invoices including contracts and POs.
• Month-end reporting and data analysis.
• Assist with balance sheet reconciliations monthly and related reports for payments.
• Assist with quarter-end and year-end deliverables.
• Hardware purchase and sale of Terminal tracking, reporting and analysis.
• Implement process improvements to accounting processes and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Prepare journal entries for month-end close.
• Communicate with payment partners.
