Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a CI facilitator to maintain systems and support continuous improvement initiatives at our Hub/Plant location. You will collect data, ensure accuracy, promote CI progress, and track KPI scorecards for the department.

You will train teams on CI tools and the daily management system (DMS), help extract data from systems for CI activities, perform root-cause analysis, establish new work standards, and educate colleagues on new practices arising from CI activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with CI tools and high-performance work systems.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities.
• Application of lean and/or TPM tools in a factory/operations environment.
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.
• Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools.
• Organized and disciplined to support and educate on the DMS process.
• Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.

Responsibilities

• Provide training on CI tools and processes, and support daily management systems (DMS).
• Help teams collect data or extract it from systems to support CI activities and the DMS.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address losses and KPI gaps.
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvement.
• Train colleagues on CI tools and new standards arising from CI activities.
