Operational & Maintenance Technology Management:

1. Oversee the implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance technologies.
2. Ensure the integration of smart monitoring systems for real-time asset management.
3. Enhance reliability and sustainability of operations through technology-driven solutions.
4. Collaborate with operations teams to optimize asset performance and reduce downtime.

Leadership & Team Management:

1. Lead and mentor a team of Electrical Engineer/WTG Technical Engineers and technology professionals.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology-driven improvements.
3. Develop training programs to enhance technological competency within the company.

Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance:

1. Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
2. Engage with vendors, partners, and industry experts to leverage external expertise.
3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
4. Represent the company in technology forums, conferences, and industry events.

Job Specification:
