The position holder is responsible for operational excellence, team management, client relationship management, regulatory compliance, performance analysis, cross-functional collaboration, technology integration and budget management.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage billing operations within the Industrial/Commercial sector, in Hyderabad region, aligning with organizational objectives.
• Oversee and optimize billing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead and mentor a team of billing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Industrial and Commercial clients, addressing their billing needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Ensure strict adherence to billing regulations, standards, and industry best practices within the Industrial/Commercial sector.
• Conduct regular analysis of billing performance metrics, identifying trends, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
