Job summary

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited seeks a senior professional to supervise and mentor engineers in automation, instrumentation, and control systems across transmission, distribution, and metering facilities. You will ensure system uptime for SCADA, PLC/RTU, and communications networks, while guiding maintenance, testing protocols, and safety procedures.

The role involves budgeting, project planning, and coordinating with CCR to support real-time gas load management and performance monitoring

Qualifications

Bachelors with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience in gas distribution, oil and gas, utilities, petrochemicals, or energy sectors preferred.
Strong knowledge of automation, instrumentation, and control systems.

Responsibilities

Lead automation & control system operations across transmission, distribution, and metering facilities.
Ensure uptime of SCADA, PLC/RTU, and communication networks; manage alarms and troubleshooting.
Oversee maintenance, FAT/SAT validation, and safety procedures.
Prepare budgets (CAPEX/REVEX) for automation projects and infrastructure.
Coordinate with CCR for real-time operations and gas load management.
Review reports and work with multiple departments for smooth operations.
Oversee network topologies, security settings, and vendor management.
