The ideal candidate is a qualified CA or CA finalist with at least 3.5 years of articleship experience, proficient in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance) and skilled in financial reporting, GL management, and tax compliance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant or CA finalist with 3.5 years of articleship experience.
• Experience in financial reporting, GL management, month-end and year-end closings.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Financials, MS Dynamics 365 Finance).
• Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws and filing requirements, coordinating with external auditors and tax authorities as necessary.
• Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Leverage ERP financial systems to configure data entities and manage financial data.
• Implement and maintain data management frameworks to support accounting operations and reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
• Continuously review and improve accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
