Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to provide centralized engineering support at the Lahore factory. You will drive reliability, oversee preventive maintenance, and lead CAPEX projects to improve equipment performance and energy use.

You will coordinate with mechanical, electrical, utilities, refrigeration, and infrastructure teams, ensuring compliance with HSE and GMP standards while building engineering capability across the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
5–8 years of engineering/maintenance experience in FMCG, food, pharmaceutical, or process manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of maintenance and reliability engineering, industrial utilities, projects, and equipment troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs for critical plant assets.
Lead root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for failures.
Provide technical support to production and engineering teams on complex equipment issues.
Develop asset criticality, maintenance strategies, and lifecycle plans.
Support troubleshooting of major or repetitive technical problems across disciplines.
