Level 3 BOS is seeking an experienced Manager – CCTV Monitoring to lead our Surveillance Operations, overseeing a CCTV Monitoring Center and a team of operators. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in CCTV monitoring and surveillance, security operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing or supervising a CCTV Monitoring/Control Room team.
• Hands‑on experience with CCTV systems, VMS platforms, monitoring consoles, incident reporting, and surveillance procedures.
• Strong understanding of security monitoring, incident escalation, investigation, and emergency response procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting, dashboards, and large datasets.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with demonstrated experience in coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate professionally and confidently with US‑based stakeholders.
• Strong business communication skills, including professional email writing, telephone/video communication, report writing, and incident documentation.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and decisive during emergencies and high‑pressure situations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 surveillance environment, including rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, where required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the CCTV Monitoring Center, ensuring continuous and effective surveillance coverage.
• Supervise CCTV operators and monitoring personnel, ensuring adherence to procedures, schedules, and performance standards.
• Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities, security threats, operational irregularities, and potential incidents.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve CCTV monitoring procedures, escalation protocols, and surveillance strategies.
• Conduct regular reviews of CCTV operations to identify gaps, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze surveillance data, incident records, monitoring trends, and operational KPIs and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Use advanced Excel to maintain, analyze, and interpret complex operational and surveillance datasets.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and evaluate CCTV monitoring staff to improve productivity, accuracy, alertness, and professional performance.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, alerts, investigations, shift activities, and CCTV system performance.
• Ensure CCTV monitoring activities comply with company policies, security standards, and applicable requirements.
• Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, or other external authorities when required and authorised.
• Stay updated on CCTV technologies, video management systems (VMS), analytics, AI‑based surveillance, access‑control integration, and modern security practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve surveillance coverage, monitoring efficiency, reporting accuracy, and response times.
• Prepare clear and professional written reports, incident summaries, operational updates, and management presentations in English.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with US‑based clients, management, and stakeholders, including participation in calls, meetings, and email correspondence.
