Job summary

Oxiliry is seeking a Catalog Operations Intern to support the Catalog and Merchandising team by maintaining accurate product information across internal systems and online catalogs. You will handle uploads, SKU updates, images, descriptions, and data quality checks.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Good written communication.
• Able to handle large sets of product data and repetitive tasks.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or online catalogs is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Upload new products and SKUs into internal systems and platforms.
• Update existing product information, including names, descriptions, specifications, colors, and sizes.
• Upload and maintain accurate product images and mockups.
• Maintain product variants and ensure correct SKU information.
• Update approved pricing and product attributes.
• Assist with customer-specific catalog and swag store updates.
• Verify product information against vendor-provided data.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect product information.
• Perform quality checks on product listings before publishing.
• Maintain product databases, spreadsheets, and upload trackers.
• Assist in organizing and standardizing product information.
• Coordinate with Merchandising and Vendor Management teams when product information is incomplete.
• Follow catalog management and product upload SOPs.
