Job summary

Sundaram Finance Limited in Pakistan seeks a Graduate Accountant to manage cash and cheque collections, deposit compliance, and timely receipts. The role involves keeping statutory records, coordinating with HO and GL/Treasury, resolving queries, and pursuing cross-sell opportunities to strengthen customer value.

Ideal candidates will have 60%+ aggregate, strong MS Office skills, and solid accounting knowledge with supervisory exposure. This is an on-site role in Zhob, Balochistan.

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency and data handling accuracy required.
• Strong accounting knowledge and numerical detail orientation.
• Experience supervising or coordinating small teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all cash/cheque payments are collected and deposited into the company bank account on time and provide receipts to customers.
• Update and maintain all statutory related documents, book of accounts and make them available for validation by the audit team.
• Resolve customer/bank queries timely and maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the respective regional department in HO and with GL/Treasury department.
• Follow up for TDS details and keep stakeholders updated.
• Maintain and secure all branch statutory registers, notices, petty cash/stamp/imprest/safe keys.
• Explore cross-selling opportunities with customers.

Job description

Ensuring all Cash / Cheque payments are collected from the customers and deposited into the company bank

account on time and provide receipts to the customers.

• Update and maintain all statutory related documents, book of accounts and make it available for validation by the audit team at any time.
• He is required to resolve all queries of the Customer/ Bank on time and also maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
• He is required to constantly coordinate with the respective regional department in HO and also with GL/ Treasury department.
• He needs to follow up constantly for the TDS details and keep necessary stake holders update.
• All Branch related statutory registers, notices, Petty cash/stamp/imprest /safe keys are to be maintained and secured.
• He will also try and explore any cross selling opportunities with the customers.
