Job summary

Leading Edge in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking experienced Business Analysts and Consultants to join product delivery teams on-site. You will lead requirement gathering, drive implementations, and ensure successful go-lives for LOS, GRC, AML/CFT, and credit risk projects with banking clients.

You will work cross-functionally with business users and tech teams, support pre-sales activities, and participate in product demos. The role demands 2–5 years of relevant experience in banking tech delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with GRC frameworks, regulatory reporting, or compliance management platforms.
• Exposure to AML/CFT systems, KYC/CDD processes, or FATF-aligned frameworks.
• Familiarity with loan origination, credit admin, or CBS credit modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and create docs (BRD, FSD, User Stories).
• Manage project delivery (planning, execution, UAT, go-live).
• Translate banking requirements for tech teams.
• Handle client communications and track progress.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions.
• Manage change requests and report status.
• Support sales & marketing with product collaterals, content, and RFP responses.
• Prepare RFP responses and commercial proposals with teams.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) with delivery leads.
• Conduct tailored product demos for prospects.
