Doctor/Pharmacist/Science graduate, MBA preferred
Responsibilities
- To ensure/monitor effective implementation of Territory Business Plan, within the agreed expense budget and in line with the company's strategic objective
- Sales People management/development, input into Regional/Company strategy
- Supervised by National Sales Manager to meet sales and profit objectives while adhering to the corporate sales and marketing strategy
- Provide market insight to management and maintain up to date records on all direct reports
- To ensure effective pull-through and utilization within all markets, maximizing sales in the assigned area
- Analysis of data and implementation of strategies consistent with direction from marketing and sales management
- To validate the implementation of marketing strategies, and the inputs provided by training department
- To demonstrate integrated leadership across all sales forces to maximize sales within geographic areas
- Providing exemplary behavior, communication skills and attire, for team grooming and confidence boosting
- To maintain the proper timely reporting system i.e. work reports, monthly reports and event reports
