Job summary

The SSGC is seeking a finance professional to supervise annual capital budgeting, analyze and report on all capital projects, and maintain capital expenditure policies. The role involves coordinating with user departments, ensuring policy compliance, and addressing PMDU dashboard queries related to Accounts.

The candidate should hold ACCA or MBA in Finance from an HE C-recognized university with at least 4 years of relevant experience, and needs strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• ACCA / MBA in Finance from HEC recognized university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in finance or capital budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise annual capital budget preparation per SSGC rules.
• Plan and report on capital projects to senior management.
• Maintain capital expenditure policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with user departments for revisions in expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with capital expenditure policies and cost allocations.
• Review capital expenditure transactions and budgeting procedures.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budget and report to management.
• Prepare MIS reports on capital and revenue budgets for management.
• Coordinate with PMDU dashboard queries related to accounts.
• Ensure enterprise risk management and ethics policy compliance.
