Job summary

Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) is seeking a Security Associate to maintain a safe and orderly campus environment. The role involves active monitoring of safety operations, CCTV and access control coordination, and prompt response to emergencies.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in security, strong observation and reporting skills, and a high level of integrity and discretion while handling security duties across campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred from a HEC-recognised university.
• 1–3 years of security or safety experience preferred.
• Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills; knowledge of security systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor campus safety and enforce security policies across designated areas.
• Record incidents, maintain logs, and coordinate with control room for responses.
• Assist in emergencies, evacuations, and coordinate with rescue and police services.
• Support events, VIP movements, and crowd management with proper liaison.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard security equipment and procedures.
