Job summary

Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) seeks a security professional to enforce the campus Code of Conduct and address violations. You will monitor compliance, coordinate remediation, and document incidents, reports, and actions with oversight from leadership.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in security or safety roles, strong de-escalation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognised university. This role supports safety operations across the campus.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage and de-escalate tense situations professionally and calmly.
• Strong understanding of policy implementation and compliance procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Working knowledge of fire safety procedures and use of fire extinguishers.
• Effective observation, reporting, and communication skills.

Position Overview

To support the enforcement of the University’s Code of Conduct across campus by monitoring compliance, addressing violations in accordance with policy, and contributing to a safe, respectful, and disciplined campus environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the University’s COC Code of Conduct across the campus.
• Identify violations, take appropriate action, and impose fines in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor remediation measures, including assigned community service activities.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, fines, and related documentation.
• Conduct investigations and review Code of Conduct cases assigned by the Team Lead and Director, General Administration & Services.
• Work independently or collaboratively with teams during routine and extended operational duties.
• Support campus safety and security operations as required.

Work/Travel Schedule:

Travelmayberequired.Businesshours(8:30amto5:00pm)often extend into the evenings and weekends to accommodate the needs of current workloads and event schedules.
