Job summary

Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) invites applications for a security officer to support the enforcement of the University’s Code of Conduct across campus. The role involves monitoring compliance, addressing violations per policy, and helping maintain a safe, respectful, and disciplined environment.

You should have a bachelor’s degree from an HE‑C recognised university and 1–3 years in security or safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognised university.
• 1–3 years of security or safety experience.
• Ability to de-escalate tense situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the University’s Code of Conduct across the campus.
• Identify violations, take appropriate action, and impose fines in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor remediation measures, including assigned community service activities.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, reports, fines, and related documentation.
• Conduct investigations and review Code of Conduct cases assigned by the Team Lead and Director, General Administration & Services.
• Work independently or collaboratively with teams during routine and extended operational duties.
• Support campus safety and security operations as required.
