Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Centre Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with information about our services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and convert them into sales

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of our educational and immigration services

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system

Qualifications:
