Job summary

The Legal Aid Society (LAS) in Pakistan offers the role of Call Center Lawyer to provide structured legal assistance to callers via the SLACC helpline. The position entails legal research, case documentation, and coordination with the Chief Legal Advisor to ensure timely, client-centered service.

You will also maintain CRM records, safeguard confidentiality, and communicate in Urdu, Sindhi, or English while supporting outreach, reporting, and awareness activities.

Qualifications

• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Enrolled as an Advocate of the High Court.
• Domicile of Sindh.
• Strong legal research and advisory skills.
• Effective communication and client handling abilities.
• CRM/data entry and documentation skills.
• Ability to simplify legal concepts for general audiences.
• Sound understanding of Pakistani laws and legal procedures.
• Familiarity with legal aid systems and client service environments.
• Commitment to client confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
• Empathetic and patient communicator.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.

Responsibilities
