Job description

Web at Max, a customer support company based in Bahria Town, Rawalpindi is looking for fresh or experienced customer support executives with good English and the ability to speak over the phone.

The job includes listening to customer concerns, answering customer questions, and providing information about the company's products and services over the phone (incoming and outgoing calls), emails, and text. This is not a cold calling or a typical call center job. Proper training will be provided.

Salary starting from PKR 45,000 to PKR 60,000 (based on experience).
