Job Responsibility:

· The Representative will be responsible to reach out to prospective customers by taking and managing calls in a professional and confident manner.

· Presenting products over the phone as well as dealing with customers’ questions and doubts.

· Follow Sales Scripts offered by the company to drive sales & respond to customer rejections.

· Identify the customer needs on call, and seize the opportunity to upsell with clear information.
