Carpe Diem Team is currently looking for energetic and passionate call center representatives to join our teams. We are hiring experienced call center agents.

Job Responsibility:

  1. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for managing and taking calls in a professional and confident manner.
  2. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and responding to calls.
  3. Identify the customer needs on call and guide them accordingly.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience Required: Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience.

Age: 29 and above
