Qualifications

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Consultant Specialist.


In this role, you will:


  1. Provide full scope of the day-to-day Production Support service, including resolution of live incidents and post-resolution problem management activities on BI areas like contact center telephony reporting tools.
  2. Provide technical expertise in identifying the root cause of major system problems.
  3. Install and upgrade components on Contact Center Infrastructure MI.
  4. Support various testing activities related to new implementations.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders located worldwide.
  6. Review, design, and re-engineer processes with new technologies to improve performance.
  7. Design and drive the implementation of service offerings, capability uplifts, and process improvements.
  8. Engage with the front door team and drive projects at CCI.
  9. Have hands-on experience with Linux/Unix/Windows platforms, working knowledge of RDBMS (preferably Oracle & SQL Server), and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  10. Be able to handle on-call duties on weekends and work on shifts.
  11. Experience working in an agile environment and working knowledge of cloud fundamentals.
