Business Intelligence Analyst - Remote

Company Overview: Hiring one of our leading digital transformation within the automotive industry, aiming to bring trust, transparency, and convenience to buying and selling cars locally and globally.

Job Description: We're looking for a self-driven, collaborative, detail-oriented BI professional to help us turn data into decisions. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, deliver meaningful insights, and build reporting that drives action. You'll report to the Sr. Manager of BI within the structure of Product, Growth and Data - all led by our Head of Product. This is not a hand-holding role; we need someone who takes ownership, thrives with autonomy, and knows how to manage priorities without constant direction. You\'ll be managing stakeholders, spotting opportunities in the data, and ensuring accuracy in everything we report. It is important that not only you are able to operate with autonomy but that you also quickly understand our business model and shape your own analysis without constant guidance.

What You'll Do

• Work with business teams to understand problems and translate them into usable data tools or insights
• Pull and analyze data using SQL and other tools. Build clean, accurate dashboards and reports (using tools like Tableau, Metabase, etc).
• Keep a sharp eye on data quality and make sure insights and data shared are reliable.
• Manage requests and stakeholders with clear communication and follow-through.
• Spot trends, patterns, and business opportunities on your own—not just when asked. Collaborate with other analysts, engineers, and business partners to improve reporting and data processes across multiple teams.
• Help prioritize BI projects and maintain a healthy data request pipeline.

What We\'re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar role.
• Advanced SQL skills; you should be confident querying complex datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).
• Comfortable with a multicultural environment and different ways of working.
• Excellent attention to detail; accuracy matters a lot in this role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; you\'re comfortable saying no when needed and explaining why, and you are also comfortable asking why when faced with a demand. We are looking for thinkers and not only executors.
• Highly proactive; you take initiative and drive your own projects forward. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching priorities when needed. A mindset of ownership and accountability—you don\'t wait to be told what to do.
• Bonus: Experience with Python, data modeling best practices, Mixpanel.
