Business Development Executive | B2B Sales Specialist | Human Resource Manager | Driving Growth & Talent Solutions
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth in the IT staffing industry? We are looking for an experienced Business Growth Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing our consultants, identifying project opportunities, and securing client placements across the U.S. market.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and hiring managers.
- Source and identify project opportunities through job boards, LinkedIn, networking groups, and vendor partnerships.
- Effectively market consultants and match them with suitable job openings.
- Negotiate rates, terms, and agreements with clients and consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, communications, and successful placements.
- Collaborate with consultants to ensure seamless onboarding and project initiation.
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT staffing or a business development role in a similar domain.
- In-depth understanding of U.S. visa classifications and employment regulations.
- Hands-on experience with job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
