Position: Business Development Specialist
Type: Contract (Performance-Based)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and convert leads for student admissions to international institutions. This role is performance-based, with compensation linked to your success in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Convert leads into successful admissions by guiding students through the application and visa processes.
  • Achieve a minimum of 5 successful student admissions within the trial period (3 months maximum).
Compensation

Trial Period:
- Commission-based only.
- Earn 30% of the total commission value per student once you achieve the target of 5 successful leads.
- Example: For a student with a total commission value of $1500 CAD, your commission would be $450 CAD (approximately 91,000 PKR).

Post-Trial Period:
- Choose between:
Option 1: 30% Commission per student.
Option 2: 20,000 PKR salary + 8% commission per student.

Trial Period Details:
- You have up to 3 months to meet the target of 5 successful student admissions.
- Payment is based solely on commission during this period.
