Job Description:

We are a growing software development agency specializing in React.js, MERN stack, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress), AI solutions, and automation tools. We build custom web solutions, AI-powered applications, and business automation systems to help clients streamline operations and enhance efficiency. We are looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to secure new projects, generate leads, and expand our client base.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, social media, and direct outreach to secure projects.
  2. Proposal Writing & Bidding: Craft compelling proposals and bid strategically on Upwork and other platforms to win projects for our team.
  3. Sales & Client Acquisition: Communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and close deals to bring in consistent work.
  4. Social Media & Brand Growth: Build and manage our agency’s LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other social channels to increase visibility and attract clients.
  5. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact for new clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
  6. Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, identify opportunities, and refine outreach strategies to grow the business.

Job Specification:

Who We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation in the IT/software development industry.
  2. Strong understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other freelance/job platforms.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and writing skills.
  4. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and drive revenue growth.
  5. Knowledge of web development, AI, and automation solutions is a plus.
