As a Business Development Representative for Spectrum at IZOC Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our sales team, working closely with international clients to identify opportunities for growth and success.
While no prior experience is required, we will train the right candidate!
A successful Business Development Representative (BDR) is an effective listener, communicator, and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They are curious and passionate about learning the ever-evolving landscape of selling on Amazon and other eCommerce marketplaces. By leveraging a consultative approach, they uncover key growth opportunities by engaging potential clients in discussions about their selling goals.
In this role, the BDR will first undergo eCommerce training and complete data entry tasks, email communication, and other clerical duties as part of their training process. After this phase, the BDR will engage with a large pipeline of potential clients, creating personalized video tutorials or audits using Loom to generate sales leads for Spectrum. They will schedule appointments via phone or email, coordinating with Business Development Executives/Managers to qualify clients. The BDR must also be skilled at overcoming obstacles while pitching Spectrum's services.
