Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to achieve business growth targets
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion
- Prepare and present effective business proposals and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to close business deals successfully
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to enhance service offerings
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue in the CRM system
- Provide regular reports to management on business development progress and opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
