We’re fulfilling our customer’s energy needs through various products and while maintaining the highest levels of safety, security and quality standards. Our products range from petroleum to diesel, kerosene oil, ultra-furnace, super plus, as well as lubricant for which we’ve partnered up with the LOTOS Group of Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to capture new business opportunities within the oil and petroleum industry.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
· Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify new market trends, potential clients, and competitors.
· Proposal & Contract Management: Lead the preparation of proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
· Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure smooth execution of new business opportunities.
· Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue streams and monitor performance to meet or exceed targets.
· Industry Networking: Attend industry conferences, events, and meetings to establish the company’s presence and grow the network.
Requirements:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Petroleum, or related field.
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the oil and petroleum industry.
Skills:
o Strong negotiation and communication skills.
o Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
o Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
