Sabchem International is an official partner of French Fragrance Manufacturing Company with facilities in France, Italy and Dubai. We are a distributor/importer/stockist of fragrance oils and are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to focus on acquiring, lead generation and managing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with new clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our reach.
