We are looking for a Business Development Manager that carries the ability to lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Compensation

A commission on top of the base salary upon achieving target every month. Commission rates will be discussed at interview.

Role And Responsibility
  • Initiate and engage in sales calls with new prospects on a proactive basis.
  • Coordinate requirements, develop, and negotiate contracts to close new business deals.
  • Contact potential clients to find potential business transactions; discover and explore prospects through active social media and digital marketing.
  • Maintain the value of the organization by keeping information private.
  • Interact with existing strategic customers to clarify mutual performance and growth goals.
  • Establish and track monthly goals and objectives.
  • Create and implement new service strategies.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support; build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Job Specification
  • Manage the organization's team skills and create road maps for your individual teams.
  • Conduct and track research to provide critical support to the business development executives.
  • Find new business leads for the company and engage with them. Conduct research and supply any intelligence that will have a significant impact on the creation of any new investment project of the organization's pitch.
  • Develop solid knowledge of priority sectors, such as market routes and trends, to help the organization increase its service delivery performance.
