Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and increasing sales of your company’s products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your company
- Establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base
- Servicing the needs of your existing customers
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Reporting to senior managers
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Company portfolio management
- Follow conversion steps: lead to conversion (1) sending quotation (2) email follow-up
- Quality assurance across all departments (Management, Marketing, and Development)
- Daily check of Scrum Group and note findings
- Content writing and preparing pitch decks (Presentation) for sales
- Technical proposal writing
- Business development for Markwebit
- Lead generation from B2B and B2C
- Planning and preparing presentations (PPT)
- Building up sales strategy
- Drafting emails for clients
- Understanding target markets, including industry, company, project, and contacts for market strategies
- Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure requirements are met
- Possessing a strong understanding of products, competition, and positioning
- Attending conferences and industry events
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
- Promoting the company’s products/services
- Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Preparing sales client contracts ensuring adherence to legal guidelines
- Attending customer calls (Markwebit leads) and resolving queries in a timely manner
- Monitoring Markwebit and Seed Analytica websites
- Monitoring, reporting, and resolving tickets in the Markwebit ticketing system
- Answering queries from website visitors via instant chat
- Managing all Markwebit Affiliate Program Portals (Admin, Affiliate, Customer)
- Staying up-to-date with industry developments and corporate competitors
Timings: 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM
