Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or customer relations (preferably in the IT/Design industry).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and bring in projects related to our industry through various channels, including:
- Cold emailing
- Freelance platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr
- Company website inquiries
- Coordinate with the social media team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Run and manage paid advertisements to acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Actively identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Report directly to the CEO with regular updates on leads, conversions, and overall business performance.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategies for lead generation and sales growth.
- Experience with international clients and project acquisition.
- Familiarity with IT and design-related services will be an advantage.
Working Hours
- On-site, full-time role: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
