We are looking for a 2 dynamic and results-driven Growth / Business Development Managers to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold emailing, lead generation, and appointment setting, along with a passion for building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold emails, outbound campaigns, and networking
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and appointment setting with potential clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various industries
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Track sales activities, update CRM systems, and prepare regular reports on progress
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospects
Represent the company at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements:
1 to 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
Proven experience with cold email outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with CRMs and lead management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive attitude toward closing deals
Ability to research and identify key decision-makers within target companies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
