Thokmandee, a leading global B2B platform, is looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships within our Digital Marketing team. If you have a strong background in B2B business development, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for building relationships, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Identify market trends and opportunities for business expansion
Lead negotiations and closing deals with potential partners
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance business outreach
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets

Who We Are Looking For:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Business Development
Strong expertise in sales, lead generation, and client acquisition
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or B2B platforms is a plus
Ability to analyze market trends and strategize accordingly
Proactive mindset with leadership and decision-making capabilities

Shift Timings:

12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Full-Time, Onsite)
