Overview

We are a Software Development facility in Phase 7, Bahria town, Rawalpindi, Pakistan. We are looking for a Freelancer / Elance / Odesk representative to handle clients, bid for projects, and secure business. The selected candidate will search for Web and Mobile Apps projects on Freelancer / Elance / Odesk. The right candidate will be offered a market competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. Proficiency in English written communication and MS Word is required. Ability to understand project requirements and prepare proposal documents quickly is important to win projects. Strong bid pitching to the right customers is required.

Responsibilities
  • Build and mentor the business development team over time.
  • Devise and implement strategies to acquire more leads.
  • Understand software development procedures and models and communicate accordingly.
  • Target different business niches by creating presentations in English.
  • Write proposals and requirement documents.
  • Generate appointments via proactive outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow up to qualify solutions for potential customers.
  • Sell enterprise technology solutions.
  • Understand business needs of target clients and map our technology capabilities to those needs.
  • Use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
  • Be highly organized around metrics and manage time effectively.
  • Work independently and be self-motivated to generate pipeline.
  • Manage the company’s portfolio.
